Billing Terms & Conditions
These Billing Terms & Conditions are designed to comply with Australian Consumer Law and industry best practices. They outline how we manage invoicing, payment terms (including GST), available payment methods, and what happens in the event of late or non-payment.
1. Invoicing & Payment Terms
– All invoices are issued in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Our ABN is 89 860 556 639.
– Payment is required prior to order dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing.
– Standard payment terms are **immediate payment** at checkout for online orders.
– For business customers or approved accounts, credit terms may be offered (e.g., 7, 14, or 30 days from invoice date). These must be agreed in advance.
– The due date for payment will be stated clearly on each invoice.
2. Accepted Payment Methods

– Google Pay, Apple Pay (via PayPal)

3. Late or Non-Payment
– If payment is not received by the due date, we may suspend or cancel your order until payment is received.
– For business accounts, overdue invoices may incur late fees or interest as permitted by law.
– We reserve the right to engage in debt collection activities, including contacting you, sending a letter of demand, or using debt collection services.
– All costs associated with debt recovery may be added to the outstanding amount, as allowed by law.
4. Ownership of Goods
– Goods remain the property of Virtue IT until full payment is received.
– Title and risk in the goods pass to the customer upon receipt of payment and delivery.
5. Disputes
– If you believe there is an error on your invoice, please contact us promptly at info@virtueit.com.au or 0467 926 452.
– We will work with you to resolve any billing disputes in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
6. Compliance
– Our billing and payment practices comply with the Australian Government’s guidelines on payment terms.
