Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

As a consumer, you have rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Products you purchase must be:

If a product fails to meet these guarantees, you are entitled to a remedy, which may include a refund, repair, or replacement depending on the issue.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item is:

– Faulty
– Damaged during transit
– Incorrect or not as described

We will work with you to arrange a suitable remedy under the ACL.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases. This policy applies to all customers and all products, unless otherwise required by Australian Consumer Law. Please ensure your product selection is correct before completing your purchase.

Refund and Return Conditions

– Proof of purchase (such as a tax invoice or order confirmation) is required for all returns.
– Items must be returned in original condition, including all packaging, cables, manuals, and accessories.
– Some returns may be subject to a restocking fee if required by our supplier.
– Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of product return & approval.

Return Shipping

– For faulty or incorrect items, Virtue IT will cover the return shipping costs.
– For any other approved returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Direct from Warehouse Products

Most items are shipped Direct from Warehouse and are not available for pickup unless prior arrangement is made.
Stock is kept at supplier warehouses — not at our office address at 56 Ranald Avenue, Ningi, QLD 4511.
