Shipping Methods
We offer delivery through the following couriers and methods:

– Custom Delivery (by arrangement)

– Pickup (by prior arrangement only)
– StarTrack (Air, Road)
– TNT Express (Standard, Air)
– Toll (Air, Road)
Stock Availability
– Stock is held at supplier warehouses in Brisbane and Sydney.
– Availability may vary by location and product; some items may ship from different warehouses.
– If your order contains items shipped from different warehouses, your order may be separated into multiple services/parcels without notice due to restrictions or availability from warehouses.
– For corporate or education quantity purchases, please call us to discuss availability and logistics.
Same Day Shipping
– Orders placed and paid for with cleared funds before 2:00 PM (AEST/AEDT) are eligible for same day shipping.
– Orders placed after the cutoff or with uncleared/delayed payment will ship the next business day after payment clears.
– EFTPOS payments are considered cleared at 11:30 PM and may miss the same day cutoff.
– Manual or offline payment methods (e.g., direct deposit, transfer, PayID, cash, EFTPOS in person) may require additional time for payment clearance; shipping will occur only after full payment is confirmed and cleared.
Shipping Details
– Shipping method availability may depend on your location and the products ordered.
– Delivery times and costs will be provided at checkout or upon order confirmation.
– Most items are shipped direct from our supplier’s warehouse.
– Pickup is available only by prior arrangement—no stock is held at our office address.
Tracking & Notifications
– Where possible, tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
– You will receive email or SMS notifications with tracking details if available from the courier.

– Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of order.
– We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, incorrect addresses, or events outside our control.

Delivery Times
Once dispatched, most orders are delivered within 2–7 business days, depending on your location and chosen courier.
Shipping Areas
We currently only ship within Australia. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on product weight, size, and delivery location.
