*Note: No stock is available at our office address unless a prior arrangement is made by the customer for pick-up.*

– Many items are shipped Direct from Warehouse, which may affect delivery times.

4. Pricing and Payment

– All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless otherwise stated.

5. Shipping

– Delivery is Australia-wide.
– Items shipped Direct from Warehouse are fulfilled via our supplier’s warehouse network.
– Delivery times may vary based on product availability and courier service.

6. Consumer Guarantees

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to:

– A replacement or refund for a major failure.
– Compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
– Repair or replacement if goods fail to be of acceptable quality but the failure does not amount to a major failure.
