Orders and pricing

• All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise.
• An order is an offer to purchase; we may decline or cancel an order (for example, due to a pricing or listing error, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability) and will refund any payment made for cancelled items.
• We make every effort to display accurate stock levels, specifications and imagery, but occasionally errors occur. Where an error affects your order, we will contact you before dispatch.
• Order confirmations are sent by email — please check your details are correct at checkout.

Payment

Payment is processed at the time of order through our secure payment providers, including PayPal and major cards. We never store your full card details. Title to goods passes to you on delivery; risk passes on delivery to the address you provide.

Shipping and dispatch

We dispatch Australia-wide from our warehouse network. Orders placed before the advertised weekday cutoff are dispatched the same business day; later orders dispatch the next business day. Delivery timeframes shown at checkout are estimates — see our Shipping Policy for details.

Returns, refunds and warranty

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by anything in these terms. Our Refunds & Returns Policy explains change-of-mind returns, faulty product claims and warranty processes.

Product use

• Products are supplied with manufacturer specifications and, where applicable, manufacturer warranties.
• Refurbished or ex-demo products are clearly identified on the product page and may show minor cosmetic wear consistent with their grading.
• It is your responsibility to ensure a product suits your requirements before purchase — contact us if you are unsure; we are happy to advise.

Accounts and acceptable use

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity under your account.
• You must not misuse the store — including attempting to interfere with its operation, scrape it at scale, or use it for unlawful purposes.
• We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this store or products purchased through it. Nothing in this clause excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law.

• These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
• We may update these terms from time to time; the version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
• If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remainder continues to apply.
